How to search products?

We offer four convenient ways to search through our products. You can search our products by simply clicking on the shop now button. We also offer three category links which help narrow down your search and if you already know what you are looking for, you may simply type it in the search bar. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs generally range between $5.50 and $8.00 depending on location but we have a partnership with our shipping couriers that allows us to offer shipping services for the low price of only $4.99 per item purchased. 

What is the Buyer Protection Plan?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our websites;

You are protected when:

• The item you ordered did not arrive within 20 days plus a 5 day processing time.
• The item you received was not as described.
• The item you received that was assured to be genuine, was fake.
• The item you received was broken, missing, or damaged.
• The item you ordered did not arrive at all.
